Build Equity and Wealth

by | Mar 17, 2024

Each week or month that you make a repayment on your existing loan or mortgage you build equity in that asset. IE the more you pay off the more you own, the more value you hold in that asset. This contributes to your net worth.

And as you build equity, you build wealth and you have more leverage to add properties to your investment portfolio and increase cash flow and even more.

When investing in property the added advantage is that you will have a passive income source that contributes to yours, to assist in building your wealth.

This is the rent from your tenants. They pay you to build your wealth.

But, there are many more advantages to investing than you think. Can you name any?

Make sure you book in to speak to one of our financial advisers or one of your own to understand more about ways to invest and build wealth in a way that suits you.*
